Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact us should you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order. The delivery services are not authorised to accept address changes made by customers. Simply send an e-mail to: yourtyres@delti.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


Can I collect the goods myself?

Unfortunately it is not possible to personally collect the goods at our headquarters in Hannover. You will be delivered goods straight from our warehouses which are situated all over Europe.


Do the prices include VAT?

The prices in our online shop are displayed without VAT. However, the VAT will definitely be clearly indicated on your customer invoice.


How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order in our online shop under "My Order".


Is it safe to make a payment by credit card?

Of course it is, as long as you do not allow unauthorised persons access to your credit card details! Online retailers are now using encryption technology to ensure that it is not possible for anyone to get hold of the card details during the data transfer between the customer and the retailer. The encryption technology that we use, SSL - Secure Socket Layer – is currently deemed to be the best of its kind.

Will there be additional freight charges?

Freight charges apply only to small-volume orders (minimum quantity). Any additional freight charges will be clearly indicated in your shopping basket.
