Are the goods available in the shop?

Our inventory is updated by our warehousing and logistics unit several times a day.


How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by selecting "My Order" after logging in to our website, or by contacting our service team by phone or fax.


I am not sure whether you received my order. What is to be done?

As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with an order number. You will also be able to retrieve your order in our online shop under "My Order".


Is it possible to collect items in my shopping basket and send off the order later on?

You can definitely collect items in your shopping basket, however, you have to take into account that items may not always remain available over time. This is particularly important, for example, in regards to wholesale purchases you make for reselling to customers: items you sell as available in the morning may no longer be deliverable by midday. Collecting items in your shopping basket does not mean they are reserved, and we therefore recommend that you submit your orders as soon as possible.

Why do I have to place an order online and not over the phone or by fax?

Ordering on the Internet on our online shop saves you much more compared to ordering by phone or fax! It also gives you direct access to our stock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as opposed to the time restrictions associated with telephone or fax orders. Furthermore, your orders will go straight to our inventory management where they will be processed automatically.
