Our inventory is updated by our warehousing and logistics unit several times a day.

You can cancel your order by selecting "My Order" after logging in to our website, or by contacting our service team by phone.

You can definitely collect items in your shopping basket, however, you have to take into account that items may not always remain available over time. This is particularly important, for example, in regards to wholesale purchases you make for reselling to customers: items you sell as available in the morning may no longer be deliverable by midday. Collecting items in your shopping basket does not mean they are reserved, and we therefore recommend that you submit your orders as soon as possible.

Ordering on the Internet on our online shop saves you much more compared to ordering by phone! It also gives you direct access to our stock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as opposed to the time restrictions associated with telephone orders. Furthermore, your orders will go straight to our inventory management where they will be processed automatically.

As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with an order number. You will also be able to retrieve your order in our online shop under "My Order".
